Cooking and Tasting

A very different wine & food experience located in the heart of Lecce.
Learn, cook and indulge on Puglia food and wine in the centre of Lecce. This cooking class lets you spend a couple of hours cooking and tasting wine. This cultural experience includes the preparation of Orecchiette Pasta and Focaccia as well as a food and wine tasting experience. This immersive experience is offered in the old town of Lecce at La Strada del Vino Wine Bistrot. You will have the chance to prepare two different recipes, Orecchiette and Focaccia and taste local foods and a special selection of wines.

This is not just a cooking class, but also includes a wine tasting and pairing with local foods All pairings will be explained by our wine expert since no Italian dish is complete without the proper wine pairing.

Groups are small, giving you an intimate experience.

Classes are in English. Minimum of 2 guests required for class to take place.
